Werner’s factory is based in the small village of Espelkamp in North East of Germany and is one
of the Country’s oldest manufacturers.
Werner Works have been producing high quality Intelligent Storage cupboards since 1951. The factory is predominantly dedicated to storage and produces one of the widest ranges of storage currently available in the market.
Werner Works was the original manufacturer of the Tambour Door first produced in 1952!

Werner offer a total of three different systems, all of which provide the user great flexibility and ease of change.
One of Werner’s strongest attributes is their ability to modify any carcass size to suit the user’s requirements: Cupboards can be reduced in height, width or depth for just a single unit – there is no minimum quantity.

Basic S is the brand new range from Werner’s designers. It offers minimalistic lines with the functionality of System S.
The units are stackable and have 8 standard widths with heights ranging from 72cm up to to 3m. The whole range can be personalised and can be individually finished in any RAL or PANTONE colour for just one cupboard.

Werner have been producing System S since 1995. Together with Cockpit its one of their best selling ranges with over 1million units sold worldwide. System S is unique in offering curved tambour door cupboards, so allowing the user to play with shapes and create a truly stunning office.
As with the new Basic S System, System S offers total flexibility through its unique stacking system, enabling the user to achieve the exact height required as well as flexibility when moving offices or carrying out internal re-stacks.
ACOUSTIC LIGHT-BOARD IS THE SOLUTION
As noise levels continue to rise in offices, public buildings and even at home, problems such as stress and illness are affecting more and more people. Therefore effective sound absorption is becoming a key factor in the building and furniture industry.
The solution: the new ACOUSTIC LIGHT-BOARD manufactured in a new honeycomb construction added on the Werner works cupboards.

STORAGE WALL
One of Werner's strengths is the storage wall. With standard height cupboards and matching top and side infill panels storage walls can be created to fit the space perfectly. With a range of inserts including shelves and hanging files the storage can be configured exactly to the users requirements.
Because of Werner's complete flexibility in manufacturing it is now possible to use a single supplier for your complete project!
Cockpit is Werner’s second best selling range after System S. It offers mid-cost well-designed reception desks to compliment the cupboards.
The system is extremely simple to plan and design, there are a number of standard work surface shapes which can be linked together to create a larger desk. The System S cabinets can be used to extend the work surface and provide storage.

One of the first large installations of the new Basic S system: 2 and 3 level high cupboards were used throughout 3 floors. In addition Werner produced standard cabinets modified to take plasma screens and video conferencing equipment for all the meeting rooms.
System S was chosen by the architect to compliment the glass furniture, the doors were selected to be in a particular RAL colour to fit in with the natural surrounding brick work.
A mixture of height and curves were used throughout.
Here System S was wholly chosen for its curves, the brief was to create attractive flowing walk way between the work areas.
Werner produced 3 high cabinets in maple carcass with silver tambour doors.
Basic S cupboards were chosen, as they were required by the designer to be a special size and width to house the displays.

System S cupboards were chosen, as they were required by the dealer to create a 'curved wall' to divide the office to make a meeting area.

What is the standard lead time for delivery?
The standard lead time is 4-5 weeks for 1-100 cupboards.
How much extra time does it take to have special colour or sizes?
Special colours and sizes are produced within the standard lead time.
What special colours are available?
Any RAL or PANTONE colour can be specified.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No, special colours can be requested for just one cupboard!
What Internal fittings are available?
There are a wide range of internals all cupboards come with laminate shelves as standard and pullouts, filing drawers etc can be added.
Can I put pull out filing frames in the curved cupboards?
No unfortunately they can only fit the straight cabinets.
What is the maximum height the cupboards will go to?
Because all of the taller units are stacked the maximum standard height is 3m, however if top units were secured to the wall there is no reason why greater heights could not be achieved.
Is it possible to have a open cupboards on the top and doors at the bottom?
Most certainly, this is the beauty of the Werner system, by stacking the units to achieve the height required the user can select exactly what they require, its possible to have doors on the bottom 3 levels then an open section in the middle and different door again on the top.
What is the lead time for specials?
All the Werner cabinets can be modified to become specials and still remain on the standard leadtime.
